1 · Who you are contracting with

Hugo's Dog Club is operated by Hugo Cundy, a sole trader based in Bristol. Contact is by telephone on 07724 522 679 or email at hugo@hugosdogclub.co.uk.

2 · What is being provided

Two services: group dog walking and dog running. Dogs are collected from and returned to the owner's home in Hugo's own transport. Walks and runs carry a maximum of six dogs, always as a pack - no solo outings. Hugo carries out every walk and run personally; no substitute walker is used.

3 · Booking and cancellation

Every arrangement begins with a free consultation at the owner's home. Regular slots run weekly and continue until either side gives notice. A booking needs two days' notice; cancelling a booked outing needs 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation is charged.

5 · Insurance and liability

Hugo holds current public liability insurance covering dogs in his care, in transit and out on the walk, and an enhanced DBS check. Certificates are available on request. Owners remain responsible for their dog's behaviour towards people and other animals, and for any veterinary costs arising from a pre-existing condition.

6 · Health and behaviour

Owners confirm that their dog is up to date with vaccinations, is treated for fleas and worms, and has no history of aggression towards people or dogs. Any change in health, medication or behaviour must be reported before the next walk. Hugo may decline or end an arrangement if a dog is unsuited to a group.

Photographs taken on walks may be used on this website and on social media. Owners may decline at any time, and any photograph of their dog will be removed on request.

9 · Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows when. Existing customers will be told of any material change. The agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
